• Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the consultation cost.
• Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in future bookings being declined.

2. Payment and Billing

• Payment is due in full at the time of your consultation.
• We accept EFTPOS, credit card, and other payment methods as advised.
• If eligible, you may be able to claim a rebate through private health insurance on the spot.
• It is your responsibility to confirm eligibility for rebates with your provider.

3. Health and Safety

• Our treatments are complementary therapies and should not replace medical diagnosis or treatment from a registered medical practitioner.
• Please disclose all relevant health conditions, medications, and allergies prior to treatment.
• Complete Acupuncture is not responsible for adverse outcomes if full and accurate information is not provided.
